Composition: You've done a great job using the rule of thirds by delicately positioning your focal point of the fly's odd expression while accentuating it with the [always] eye catching detail of the eyes. great!
On the colors, you have managed to capture the complementary red/green colors to make the scene as balanced as it gets... reddish fly on a cool green leaf background. It always is good to have complementary colors!
Although there are lots of macro fly photography out there, you have managed to make this one full of expression from the fly! quite entertaining and definitely a piece worth a conversation.
